This pie crust was quick and easy. It was absolutely delicious, too! Made of Oreos… what’s not to love!?!?
250 grams (chocolate) Oreos (This is about 2 sleeves of Oreos here in China.)
2 Tablespoons oil
2 Tablespoons milk
Directions and Notes:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a food processor, pulse the Oreo cookies until they are crumbs.
3. Add the milk and oil. Pulse until combined.
4. Press the mixture into a 9″ pie plate.
5. Bake the crust for 12 minutes.
