2 cups dry pumpkin seeds (bought from a store, not straight from the pumpkin)
2 Tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon hot sauce (Tabasco, etc.)
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon ground red pepper
Directions and Notes:
1. Pour the liquid ingredients over the pumpkin seeds and stir until the seeds are all coated.
2. In a small bowl, combine the spices. Sprinkle over the pumpkin seeds and stir until distributed evenly.
3. Pour the seeds onto a baking sheet and bake at 120 degrees Fahrenheit for 35-40 minutes until browned and dried, stirring halfway through the bake time.
