1 Tablespoon oil
3 large cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
5 stalks of wosun (莴笋) /asparagus lettuce, sliced diagonally, about 1/8- 1/4” thick
1. In a medium frying pan or wok, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and stir fry for about a minute until fragrant.
3. Add the asparagus lettuce and soy sauce. Stir-fry 3 to 5 minutes until the asparagus lettuce is tender and flavors are blended together.
