2 cups snow peas, with ends removed
1 Tablespoon oil
1 small fresh chili pepper, sliced (remove seeds for a less spicy dish)
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions and Notes:
1. Add the snow peas to a boiling pot of water and boil for 30 seconds; drain.
2. Heat the oil in a medium frying pan or wok.
3. When the oil is hot, add the garlic and snow peas, stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the red pepper and salt and stir-fry for another 30 seconds.
