Corn Juice


Well, I think I’m really becoming more and more adjusted to the culture… last week I was craving corn juice, specifically warm corn juice. This won’t be one that the husband will be requesting, but my Chinese friends might enjoy some when they come over.


2 ears of yellow corn

3 Tablespoons honey

½ – 1 cup water

½ cup milk

Directions and Notes:

1. Cut the corn kernels off of the cobs.

2. Add the corn kernels, honey, water, and milk to a blender and blend on high for 2-3 minutes until the corn kernels are really blended up.

3. Add more water until desired consistency is reached.

4. Serve warm.
