Sesame Broccoli



1 Tablespoon oil

1 Tablespoon white vinegar

1 Tablespoon soy sauce

1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon sugar

1 Tablespoon sesame seeds

1 medium head of broccoli

Notes & Directions:

1. Steam the broccoli.

2. Lightly toast the sesame seeds in the oven or on the stove top. (I was making a quadruple batch of this for a big dinner in this picture, which is why there are so many sesame seeds.)

3. Mix the oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and toasted sesame seeds in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil, being careful not to allow it to burn.

4. Pour the mixture over steamed broccoli and serve.

Serving Estimate: Serves 2-3
