1/2 cup yogurt (China friends, one of those 200g/ 250g kind of cups that comes with a spoon will work fine; thicker is better)
3/4 cup pumpkin puree (pour off any separated liquid)
2 1/2 Tablespoons golden brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon allspice (optional)
1/4 teaspoon cloves
scant 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions & Notes:
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with apple slices or sweet crackers.
The pumpkin yogurt dip is in the bottom left quadrant of this picture. We brought this tray of dips and salsas to a movie night. It includes a watermelon salsa, fresh pineapple salsa, homemade peanut butter, and the pumpkin yogurt dip. I should mention that this dip was really good when we were in the mood for something with a pumpkin-y flair; however, the Fruit Yogurt Dip featured in this post is still our favorite.
