Banana Protein Smoothie

Standard

Ingredients:

2 bananas

1 cup low fat/ fat-free milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 large block tofu

2-3 Tablespoons honey, to taste and depending on sweetness of bananas

ice (optional but recommended)

Directions & Notes:

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend. Serve cold.
