*I’ve made this fruit salsa with tons of different combinations of fruit. The ingredients here are just one combination I really like. Something about the fruit salsas I’ve made with pineapple always seem to turn out best. And when strawberries are available, they’re a must!
1/2 fresh pineapple, finely diced (I shoot for about 1/4″- 1/2″)
2 cups whole strawberries, finely diced
1 large apple, finely diced
1 large orange, finely diced
1 small mango, finely diced
4 Tablespoons finely chopped green onion
2 Tablespoons finely chopped cilantro leaves
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon powdered sugar
Directions & Notes:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir until very well-combined. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving. Tastes great with cinnamon sugar wonton scoops!
