Quick & Basic Quiche Crust



1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 Tablespoons oil

1/4 cup ice water

Directions & Notes:

Mix the flour and salt together. Add oil and ice water and knead to combine. Roll out immediately to fit a sprayed 9″ or 10″ round pan. For a 9×13 pan recipe, I just double the recipe and it ends up about right.

This is my go-to crust for quiches. There’s no wait time and I always have the ingredients on hand.
