Asian Salad Dressing



3 cloves garlic

2 Tablespoons of ginger root (just an estimate is fine)

1/2- 3/4 cup vegetable oil

1/3 cup rice vinegar

1/3 cup soy sauce

3 Tablespoons honey

1/4 cup water

Directions & Notes:

Put everything in a blender or a small blender cup attachment and blend until combined and smooth. This lasts about 2 weeks in the refrigerator. Chinese  and western friends both seem to enjoy.
