1 cup oat flour/ ground oats
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
3-4 Tablespoons oil (as desired, and as needed to mix the dough smoothly)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions and Notes:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix all dry ingredients together, then add wet ingredients and mix until well-incorporated.
2. Add chocolate chips.
3. Drop small amounts of dough onto a greased cookie sheet, just slightly apart.
4. Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly and enjoy!
We love these and make them as often as we can convince ourselves we need them!
