Blender Oat Pancakes



1 3/4 cups of milk

3 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups oats

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoons baking powder

Optional: add-ins such as blueberries, walnuts & raisins, chocolate chips, etc.

Directions & Notes: I love these pancakes because there’s no tedious mixing to make sure everything’s incorporated perfectly. That and the fact that they’re super healthy. Just throw everything into the blender and blend for two minutes on high. It’s important to blend for the entire two minutes. Then cook the pancakes on an oiled or non-stick griddle.
